Prayer Walking

Prayer Walking is a ministry that combines prayer with intentional presence in our community. As we walk through neighborhoods, parks, schools, and other public spaces, we pray for the people, homes, and businesses we pass, seeking God’s blessings, healing, and guidance. Along the way, we also take the opportunity to visit homes, offering a warm and caring presence to those who may need encouragement, a listening ear, or prayer.

This ministry creates open and meaningful moments to connect with others, demonstrating God’s love through simple conversations and heartfelt prayers. Whether done individually or in groups, Prayer Walking is a powerful way to intercede for our community, foster relationships, and bring light and hope to the places we go.

About Prayer Walking

What is Prayer Walking?

Prayer Walking is a ministry of walking through neighborhoods and public spaces while praying for the people, homes, and businesses in the community. It also includes visiting with those we encounter, offering encouragement, a listening ear, and prayer. This is a simple yet powerful way to share God’s love, intercede for others, and build meaningful connections.

Who is it for?

Prayer Walking is for anyone with a heart to pray and connect with others. Whether you are an individual, a family, or part of a group, this ministry is open to all who want to seek God’s blessing over their community. It’s perfect for those who feel called to intercede for others, build relationships, and share God’s love in a simple yet meaningful way. No special experience is needed—just a willingness to walk, pray, and be present for those in need.

When is it?

Prayer Walking currently takes place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. During this time, we walk through neighborhoods, pray for our community, and visit with those who may need encouragement. Whether you can join us regularly or occasionally, you are always welcome to be part of this meaningful ministry.
